Hit and run
A car struck another car parked on the street in the 5300 block of Grand Avenue around 12:32 p.m., police said. The car drove away, leaving damage on the driver’s side rear door.

Parking spot accident
A car traveling northbound in the 4300 block of Howard Avenue around 8:46 a.m. pulled into an empty parking spot on the street and struck a car that was parked in the space behind it, police said.
