Good News for Western Springs Real Estate Market
We should be seeing more SOLD signs around town these days. A very good sign!
I am thrilled to report that Year to Date closed sales in Western Springs are up 40.4% compared to last year at this time! That is huge in a small town like ours!
Time on market is down 11.9% . . . 153 days compared to 173 days in 2010 and 213 days in 2009.
We need more homes to sell!!!
