Happy New Year, Everyone!
For the past few months, I have been reporting good news for our local real estate market and today I can show you the proof of recovery right here in black and white. Western Springs had 111 homes sell in 2010, 114 in 2011 and 174 homes sold in 2012! (This excludes land and multi unit buildings) That is an increase of 52.6%! We currently only have only 66 homes for sale in Western Springs. We need listings, so call me if you are thinking of selling your home.
I have all the 2012 sold properties in Western Springs and surrounding communites in the attached reports. (Including land and multi unit buildings) If you are looking for any other communities, please email me and I can send you that town or area.
