Bosu/Medicine Ball Burpee
Benefits: This cardio exercise challenges your core, balance, chest, shoulders, and legs.
How: Hold the bosu in your hands, place the bosu on the floor dome side down, squat down, jump your feet back into plank position, brace your abs and do a pushup, jump back into a squat, then stand pushing the bosu above your head [can do with medicine ball or no ball at all]. {2-3 sets of 15 reps}
