Western Springs' only public library offers more than just books—though there are certainly plenty of those!—with a wide selection of magazines, movies, CDs, audiobooks and reference materials. Thomas Ford also hosts a variety of public events, including films, lectures, and concerts, as well as programs for adults (book discussion groups, art and history lectures), teens (advisory board, study groups) and kids ("Storytime Pals," "Read 'n' Rhyme Romp").
