Does Rainy Halloween Forecast Change Your Plans?

There's a 100 percent chance of rain during the day Thursday and an 80 percent chance at night.

Looks like it's going to be a sloppy Halloween in Western Springs.

There's a 100 percent chance of precipitation during the day Thursday, according to the National Weather Service, and an 80 percent chance during the nighttime hours.

Periods of rain are expected, and a thunderstorm is possible. Winds will blow between 10 mph and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph Thursday night.

Temperatures are expected to sit in the 60s.
