Twitter, Facebook React to Monday's Groundshaking Tremor
A quarry blast is the suspected cause of Monday's tremors in the western suburbs.
Patch combed Facebook and Twitter to find reactions to the tremors that shook the ground beneath the western suburbs early Monday afternoon and compiled them using Storify.
The U.S. Geographic Survey (USGS) has attributed the tremors to a quarry blast in the area, not an earthquake.
