Two weeks ago I read here on Patch.com about dodgeball at the rec center. Well, my husband is always talking about how he wants to start a dodgeball league. So I got a hold of him right away to tell him about it.
It is Friday nights starting at 8:30 p.m. He went that night with some friends... and boy did he get a workout! They came home so worn out and they were hurting because they do nothing but sit in front of the TV.
They had such a blast that they are making a Friday night tradition to do this. One of our friends that went is overweight, and said his goal was to catch the balls and just pass them over to the pros. I said the pros because they main guys that have been doing this for a while really get into it. They felt like they were in the movie Dodgeball. But it really motivated them to get out of the house. Yes, they did not go this past Friday only because we went to get pizza and they wanted to join us.

But be ready, dodgeball... they will be there this Friday. Will I go? I have not decided yet...!
