According to the paper, Gary Charles Metz said he lost the weight through a combination of appetite control and regular walking exercise on a beach in Floriday.
"I was basking in the glow of compliments, and in May, I through I’d try writing an eBook," Metz told the paper. "It boils down to staying busy and not thinking about food.
