House Hunt: Five Median-Priced Western Springs Homes

We've dealt in superlatives so much lately, so why not take a look a the more average-priced in Village real estate?

This week on House Hunt, we step away from the "mosts" and "leasts" and take a look at where the majority of Village residents live: somewhere inbetween!

The median average price for a home currently on sale in Western Springs is $465,000, one of the pricier in the region. (It beats out La Grange at $317,000, but does gets clobbered by elite Hinsdale boasting a median price of $719,000.) These five houses represent the Western Springs median; all are currently priced between $459,000 and $475,000. How does your home compare? Interested in a move?

(P.S.: we've changed the format to a media-style article... all the better for you to see the homes!)
