SJC Fiesta

Sixteen pequeños (“little ones”) will arrive at St. John of the Cross Parish on Wednesday, October 12th. Many preparations have been made in anticipation of their arrival. We hope that you have been reading the many bulletin articles that have introduced you to this parish fundraising event. Beginning next week end, tables will be set up in the vestibule at church. Terry Stadler, our Sponsorship Chairperson (who has been affiliated with this organization for many years) and his team will be there to answer questions regarding sponsorship of a child in one of the eight orphanages. We also will have tickets on sale for the FIESTA, which will be held on Sunday, October 16th, at Noon in the Parish Center.Antonia Adducci, Marilyn Cahill, Rose Horvath and Terry Le Fevour our FIESTA! co‐chairs are planning a wonderful celebration. During the FIESTA! guests will have the opportunity to attend a performance by a group of the children served by NPH. The kids will share their talent, heritage and spirit, and attendees will learn more about how NPH helps break the cycle of poverty.
