House Hunt: Five Most Expensive Homes For Sale North of Hillgrove

Stately cream-of-the-crop living available for purchase in Western Springs northern two neighborhoods.

We've featured the highest-priced homes in Western Springs before, but such quality houses tend to move pretty quickly, even in this market (or drop in price enough until they can move!) So it's never long before a new crop of those semi-mansions pops up on the market—and we found some excellent ones in the Village's two northern neighborhoods.

All five of these houses are less than 10 years old; most are of the modern commanding . All are at least four-bedroom and four-bath; most offer more in one department, the other, or both. All, of course, are huge, stately and quite luxurious. All are definitely worth looking into if you're in the market for an upscale Western Springs home!
