Classic Cocktail Class at Vie

Vie by James Beard-nominated Chef Paul Virant located in
Western Springs introduces its Classic Cocktail Class this summer.
Guests will have the opportunity to learn the technique behind all their
favorite classic cocktails. Refreshment Specialist and Vie Bar Manager Bill
Anderson teaches the course, and Chef Paul Virant serves signature bar
bites.  The event takes places the last Sunday of each month this summer
from 3 pm to 5 pm (June 29, July 27, August 31), and the June date is already
sold out!  Tickets are $100, and reservations can be made by calling
