Whether your child is curious about running or is looking for a competitive advantage for the spring track season, register today for the March Spring Training with the Chicago Flyers. (Ages 9-14) March 10-21, 6 - 90 minute sessions at Oak Brook Park District, 1450 Forest Gate Rd, Oak Brook. Middle schoolers focused on their spring season will receive sprint or distance coaching and conditioning. Kids new to the sport will experience running games, conditioning and track. $100 fee.
