- To enter, submit your email address into the form above. Remember, it's got to be a working email address, because that's how we'll contact the winner!
- All entries must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, Chicago time.
- You may enter once.
- One winner will be selected in a random drawing.
