2 Cars Burglarized in Rec Center Lot, License Violations: Blotter
Western Springs police reports, April 29-May 2.
Thursday, May 2
No driver's license
Emmanuel Guadarrama, 23, of the 3500 block of West 58th Street in Chicago, was arrested around 9:24 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Interstate 294, Western Springs police said. He was stopped for speeding and charged with driving without a valid license and without insurance.

Two cars burglarized in rec center lot
Two cars parked in the Western Springs Recreation Center lot were broken into between 4:30 and 4:48 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
The burglar shattered the front driver’s side window and took purses from each of the cars.

One purse and its contents were worth $2,500, while the other was worth about $420.
Monday, April 29
No driver's license
David W. Miles, 23, of the 2900 block of 49th Avenue in Cicero, was arrested around 10:22 a.m. near the intersection of 47th Street and Franklin Avenue, police said. He was stopped for speeding and charged with driving without a valid license.
