iTouch, Coat Stolen at Western Springs School

FRIDAY, JAN. 17
'Money Card' Scam Reported
A complainant from the 1100 block of Hillgrove Avenue reported at 2:01 p.m. that an unknown person attempted to activate two MoneyPal prepaid money cards, police said.
It is a known scam, police said, and the case is currently under investigation.
TUESDAY, JAN. 14
No Driver's License
Juan Reyes, 34, of the 1300 block of West Irving Park Road, Bensenville, was charged with driving without a valid license and failure to stop for a railroad crossing, police said, after a 3:04 p.m. traffic stop near the intersection of Burlington Avenue and Wolf Road.
He was released on bond to appear in court.
THURSDAY, JAN. 9
iTouch Snatched
An unknown thief took a silver iTouch 5 and a coat from a victim at a school in the 4200 block of Wolf Road between 3:20 p.m. and 5 p.m., police said.
The coat is valued at $80. The value of the iTouch is unknown.
