IU Student from Clarendon Hills Found Dead Sunday
The cause of Abigail Bott's death has not been determined, but the Indianapolis Star reports that police have suggested that foul play is not suspected.

A vigil for Abigail Bott was held on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington Monday night.

Also Monday night, a moment of silence for Bott was held at the Clarendon Hills Village Board meeting.
Village President Tom Karaba said, "Her family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers."
4:15 p.m. Monday
An email to the Hinsdale Central community from Interim Principal Tom Paulsen regarding the death of 2013 graduate Abigail Bott was sent out Monday afternoon and included a statement from the Bott family.

12:38 p.m.
The Indianapolis Star is reporting that authorities do not suspect foul play in the death of 18-year-old Clarendon Hills resident and Indiana University student Abigail Bott, and the Monroe County Coroner's Office has found no evidence of trauma.
"An autopsy was conducted this morning," the Star reports, "and the preliminary cause of death is undetermined pending toxicology results, the [coroner's] statement said. Toxicology results are expected in four to six weeks."

The Indianapolis Star is reporting that Abigail Bott's death is not currently considered a "suspicious death" by Indiana University Police, and Indiana Public Media reports no evidence of trauma was found and no foul play is suspected.
The Star reported that an autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

Indiana University tweeted the following Monday at 11:11 a.m.:
"Our campus community is deeply saddened by the loss of a student, Abigail Bott. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family and friends."

Abigail Bott, an 18-year-old Indiana University student from Clarendon Hills, died Sunday afternoon in her dorm building, according to WTHR in Bloomington.
Police were notified of Bott's death at approximately 2:30 p.m. Sunday, WTHR reports. She was living in McNutt Quad.
WHAS, another Bloomington station, reports Bott was found unresponsive in her room and was pronounced dead on the scene.

Citing Bott's Facebook page, WTHR reports Bott is a Clarendon Hills resident who was planning to graduate from IU in 2017.
A cause of death has not been determined and an Indiana University Police investigation is ongoing.
