Monday, September 2

Suspended License Arrest

Police charged Rodeesha Thompson, 32, of Grayslake, with driving on a suspended license and failure to stop for pedestrians in a crosswalk about 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Ogden and Lawn avenues. 

Sunday, September 1

No Valid License, Insurance

Police charged Oscar Ascencio, 40, of Cicero, with driving without a valid license or insurance and without a rear license plate light about 8 p.m. near the intersection of Franklin and Ogden avenues. 

Saturday, August 31

Suspended License, Registration Arrest

Police charged Deborah Hansen, 53, of Cicero, with driving on a suspended license, with suspended registration and without insurance about 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of Ogden and Hampton avenues. 

Man Pointing Laser at Kids Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Raymond Simmons, 55, of Westmont, was arrested for disorderly conduct after someone reported him for pointing a red laser at a group of kids near the train station about 9:40 p.m. He was also arrested on a warrant out of DuPage County. 

Thursday, August 29

Driving Without a License

Police charged Israel Morales, 38, of Matteson, with driving without a license and disobeying a stop sign about 1:50 p.m. in the 400 block of Gilbert Avenue. 

Car Damage at Wolf, 51st

Someone damaged the front passenger side window of a car stopped at a light near the intersection of Wolf Road and 51st Street about 10 p.m. The victim told police two or three males were seen running from the area shortly after the incident, police said. 

Wednesday, August 28

Cell Phone Stolen From LT Gym Locker

Someone stole a cell phone left in an unlocked gym locker at Lyons Township High School about 10 a.m. The total estimated loss is $300, police said. 

Driving Without a License

Police charged Maria Quintana, 33, of Lyons, with driving without a license, speeding and driving without insurance about 11:20 p.n. near the intersection of Central and Ogden avenues. 

Tuesday, August 27

No Valid License

Police charged David Montgomery, 73, of Chicago, with driving without a valid license, failure to dim headlights and driving without insurance about 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of 55th Street and Wolf Road. 

Driving Without a License

Police charged Rodolfo Galvez, 65, of Westmont, with driving without a license and speeding about 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of 55th Street and Woodland Avenue. 

Monday, August 26

Credit Card Fraud

Someone stole a credit card and spent about $876 on Aug. 17, police said.
