Citations/Charges

Friday, Dec. 9, 5:43 p.m.; Driving While License Suspended, Disobeyed Stop Sign: Gary D. Orton, Jr., of 221 Fuller Rd., Hinsdale, was stopped at the corner of Elm Street and Grand Avenue after disobeying a stop sign and was charged wtih driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, Dec. 10, 12:04 a.m.; Domestic Battery, Obstructing a Peace Officer, Consumption of Alcohol by Minor : A 17-year-old Western Springs boy was arrested at his residence on the 4400 block of Clausen Avenue for domestic battery. Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance; upon their arrival, the boy attempted to run away. He was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor as well as domestic battery and obstruction of an officer.
