Monday, Sep. 26, 7:50 a.m.; Criminal Damage to Property: The driver of a parked car on the 1500 block of Walker Street reported that someone smashed their passenger window. The amount of the damage was not estimated.
Wednesday, Sep. 28, 5:50 a.m.; Theft of Motor Vehicle: An unknown person entered the 2000 Ford of a victim on the 4800 block of Johnson Avenue and drove off with it.

Thursday, Sep. 29, 3:11 p.m.; Identity Theft: Someone used the Social Security number and date of birth to access the bank account of a victim on the 3900 block of Linden Avenue. The victim lost approximately $20,000.
Thursday, Sep. 29, 5:20 p.m.; Burglary: Someone entered the garage of a resident on the 4400 block of Clausen Avenue and stole a Mongoose bike valued at $200.

Thursday, Sep. 29, 8:47 p.m.; Theft: Someone stole a cell phone from the backpack of of a Lyons Township High School student while at school at South Campus. The phone's value was not estimated.

Monday, Sep. 26, 12:00 p.m.; Suspended Registration, Suspended Driver's License: Stephanie Haddad, 28, of 13325 Commercial Ave., Chicago, was stopped on the 4700 block of Commonwealth Avenue for a traffic violation and arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Monday, Sep. 26, 3:00 p.m.; One Tail Light, Suspended Driver's License, No Insurance: Antonio Dominguez, 28, of 2516 Springfield Ave., Chicago, was stopped on the 3800 block of Clausen Avenue for having only one tail light and was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Tuesday, Sep. 27, 7:23 a.m.; Suspended Driver's License, No Valid Registration: James Wright, 56, of 5401 Hyde Park Ave., Chicago, was stopped for a traffic violation on the 3900 block of Hampton Avenue and arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Monday, Oct. 3, 7:30 a.m.; Suspended Driver's License: Andrew Sackett, 22, of 5417 Latrobe Ave., Chicago, was stopped on the 700 block of Ogden Avenue and arrested for driving with a suspended license.
