Friday, Sep. 16, 6:36 p.m.; Criminal Damage to Property. Criminal Trespass to Real Property: Someone entered the front and rear yards of a private residence on the 4300 block of Prospect Avenue and intentionally cut and damaged two garden hoses (the first on the previous Friday, Sep. 9.) The damage was estimated at $100.

Saturday, Sep. 17, 1:42; Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident: The unknown driver of a box-style truck hit another car at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Harvey Avenue, damaging the other car's driver's-side mirror, then drove away. Both cars were traveling east on Ogden when the accident occurred. Damage was minor and no injuries were reported.

Tuesday, Sep. 13, 8:38 p.m.; Disorderly Conduct: A 42-year-old Western Springs woman was issued a local citation after police officers responded to reports of a disturbance in the Garden Market . The woman was cited for disorderly conduct and refusing to leave the building.

Tuesday, Sep. 13, 10:19 p.m.; Arrest Warrant: Howard E. Banks, 40, of 191 Half Moon Cr., Aurora, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from DuPage County for failing to appear at a court date. Officers had initially responded to a call that the defendant was causing a disturbance on a Metra train.

Wednesday, Sep. 14, 11:14 a.m.; Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Possession of Burglary Tools, Obstructing a Peace Officer, Driving While License Revoked, Arrest Warrant, Failure to Yield Turning Left: Zachery Bass, 38, of 2160 Hamstrom Rd., Portage, IN, was arrested on the 3800 block of Johnson Avenue after fleeing police officers through several residential yards. He was initially stopped for failure to yield. Records checks found that the defendant was driving a vehicle recently stolen from a Westchester parking lot. (For full coverage of this incident, .)

Thursday, Sep. 15, 1:20 p.m.; Arrest Warrant: Michael B. Checchi, 20, of 3903 Garden Ave., was arrested at the Western Springs Police Department for an outstanding warrant for underage alcohol consumption from Jackson County.

Thursday, Sep. 15, 7:27 p.m.; Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Reduce Speed to Accident: Brian P. Clemenci, 28, of 8648 Brookfield Ave., Brookfield, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after striking another car at the corner of Gilbert Avenue and Maple Avenue.

Friday, Sep. 16, 10:34 a.m.; Driving While Licence Revoked, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Operating an Unsafe Vehicle: Michael J. Bostrom, 61, of 817 Addelman St., Joliet, was stopped at the corner of 55th Street and Gilbert Avenue for operating an unsafe vehicle and charged with driving with a revoked license and illegally transporting an open container of alcohol.

Saturday, Sep. 17, 2:15 p.m.; Arrest Warrant: Garrett G. Wood, 24, of 710 Justina St., Hinsdale, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a minor equipment violation at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Grand Avenue, and was found to be wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant from DuPage County for a traffic violation.
