SUNDAY, JUNE 24
Suspended Plate and License
Gerzine Spence, 43, of 3729 Grand Ave. #2, Brookfield, was stopped at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Gilbert Avenue at 9:51 p.m. for a suspended registration plate and was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Bike Stolen from Walnut
Someone stole a locked boy's bicycle left unattended on the 900 block of Walnut Street sometime between 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 11:00 a.m. Sunday. The bike's value was estimated at $470.
Busted Muffler and Suspended License
Mark M. Fredericks, 45, of 214 Granite St., Joliet, was stopped at the corner of 48th Street and Wolf Road for driving with a loud, defective muffler and was charged with driving with a suspended license.

FRIDAY, JUNE 22
Windows Smashed with Rocks
A car parked on the 1300 block of Burlington Avenue had two of its windows damaged with two small rocks sometime between 6:35 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. The perpetrators did not enter the car. The amount of damage and the cost have not yet been estimated.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20
Mobil Gas-and-Dash
An unknown offender pumped $70.80 worth of fuel into his car from the Mobil station on the 5500 block of Wolf Road and left without paying by driving east on 55th Street. Police described the offender as a white male. A witness was unable to provide a vehicle identification.
