Police Blotter: Ogden TV/Computer Burglary, Landlord/Tenant Row Results in Arrest

Thursday, Feb. 24, 12:44 p.m.; Debit Card Fraud, Theft: A report from the 4300 block of Hampton Ave. stated that someone had fraudulently used a debit card to withdraw $503 in cash from a Chicago ATM.

Saturday, Feb. 26, 5:34 p.m.; Residential Burglary, Theft: Someone forced entry into a home on the 1300 block of Ogden Avenue sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., stealing a 42-inch television and a personal computer. The value of the stolen objects was not estimated.

Tuesday, Feb. 22, 1:47 a.m.; DUI Alcohol, Speeding: Jose Sustaita, 31, of 5039 W. 24th St., Cicero, was charged with DUI after being stopped for speeding at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Woodland Avenue and subsequently failing sobriety tests.

Tuesday, Feb. 22, 9:38 p.m.; Driving with Suspended License, Missing Headlight: Melisa R. Koch, 20, of 4800 Prince St., Downers Grove, was stopped on the 3800 block of Hampton Avenue for driving with only one headlight and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Wednesday, Feb. 23, 3:45 a.m.; No Driver's License, Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, Improper Lane Usage: A 17-year-old Chicago girl was stopped for improper lane usage at the corner of 47th Street and Gilbert Avenue and charged with driving without a valid driver's license. She was also found in posession of an alcoholic beverage container.

Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2:50 p.m.; No Driver's License: Luciano Gudino-Nava, 27, of 2715 S. Keeler Ave., Chicago, was arrested was charged with driving without a license after being stopped for attempting to operate a disabled vehicle.

Thursday, Feb. 24, 2:00 p.m.; Battery: A 16-year-old Countryside girl was charged with at the Western Springs Police Department after a "physical altercation" on Feb. 17th with another Lyons Township High School South student, who suffered a facial injury that required medical attention.

Thursday, Feb. 24, 8:11 p.m.; Disorderly Conduct: Patricia J. Przbylo, 52, of 4055 Grand Ave., Western Springs, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a "landlord-tenant verbal dispute" on the 4000 block of Grand Avenue that had alarmed another resident.

Friday, Feb. 25, 12:33 p.m.; Possession of Cannabis: A 16-year-old La Grange boy was arrested at LTHS South after being found with a small amount of suspected marijuana.

Satuday, Feb. 26, 2:19 a.m.; Driving while License Suspended, Speeding, No Insurance: Jeremy D. Calloway, 20, of 1016 N. 2nd Ave., Maywood, was stopped for speeding at the corner of Ogden Avenue and I-294 and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Sunday, Feb. 27, 7:00 p.m.; Outstanding Arrest Warrant, Soliciting Without a License: Robert A. Barnes, Jr., 22, of 1207 Wilson Ave., Wheaton, was charged after a report from the 4200 block of Franklin Avenue stated that he was engaging in illigal solicitation; he was shown to have multiple outstanding warrants from DuPage County.
