Tuesday, Nov. 30, 4:57 p.m.; No Valid Driver's License, No Insurance, No Headlights: Pedro Rios, 49, of 2738 W.23rd Pl., Chicago, was stopped for driving without headlights and was arrested for driving without a valid license or insurance.

Thursday, Dec. 2, 11:01 p.m.; Arrest Warrant: Anthony M. Rodriguez, 19, of 731 County Line Rd., Hinsdale, was arrested at the Western Springs Police Department on an outstanding warrant originating from a prior WSPD cannabis-possession arrest.
