The following comes from a River Forest police blotter article in Oak Park-River Forest Patch:

A 16-year-old from Western Springs was charged Feb. 19 with driving without a valid license, failing to signal and driving with too many occupants in the car after a traffic stop in the 400 block of Des Plaines Avenue in Forest Park, River Forest police said.

The two passengers, 17-year-olds from Western Springs and La Grange, both were charged with village ordinances of consuming alcohol by a minor and violating curfew. All were turned over to a parent.
