Cash and Meds Stolen from Car

A burglar entered an unlocked car parked in a driveway on the 400 block of 46th Street sometime between 9:00 p.m. Friday and 6:00 a.m. Saturday and stole $10 in cash and some nonprescription medication

Boy with Drug Paraphernalia

A 14-year-old Western Springs boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:00 a.m. after being found at Lyons Township High School South Campus with such an item. The boy will be petitioned to Cook County Juvenile Court.

Boy with Drug Paraphernalia, Part II 

A 15-year-old La Grange Park boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:23 a.m. after police responded to a report of kids smoking cannabis in Ridge Acres Park on the 4600 block of Harvey Avenue and found the boy in possession of a drug-smoking pipe.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2

No Signal, No License

Erika Aguirre, 25, of the 00 block of North 7th Avenue, Maywood, was stopped for failing to signal at the corner of 47th Street and I-294 at 3:12 p.m. and was charged with driving without a valid driver's license.

MONDAY, OCT. 1

No Light, No License

Maribel Reyes, 27, of the 2500 block of south Drake Avenue, Chicago, was stopped at the corner of Howard Avenue and Ogden Avenue for lack of a functioning rear registration plate light and was charged with driving without a valid driver's license, police said.
