Rather than harassing motorists for seat belt use (and collecting easy fines to bolster the municipal coffers), how about instead directing our police after those impaired, distracted or aggressive drivers? A more efficient use of our resources, perhaps?

I hate to see how my tax money is spent when I see WS police officers harassing people. Too much steroids (most of them).
