WSPD Blotter: Generator Stolen From Garage, Another Illegal Driver

Thursday, Feb. 9, 8:24 a.m.; Burglary to Motor Vehicle, Theft: Someone entered an unlocked car parked in a driveway on the 4400 block of Howard Avenue sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 8:20 a.m. and stole a key from the vehicle interior.
Thursday, Feb. 9, 8:24 a.m.; Criminal Damage to Property: Someone used a cutting tool to damage a first-floor window screen on the 4400 block of Howard Avenue sometime between 12:50 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Entry was not gained to the residence and police say it is unclear if the incident was an attempted burglary.

Thursday, Feb. 9, 10:28 a.m.; An unknown person stole a 3'-by-3' generator from an unlocked residential garage on the 4200 block of Howard Avenue sometime early on Thursday morning. The generator was valued at $600.

Citations/Charges
Wednesday, Feb. 8, 3:03 p.m.; No Valid Driver's License, Improper Lane Usage: Reynaldo Dominguez-Gonzalez, 33, of 4900 W 31st Pl., Cicero, was stopped at the corner of Franklin Avenue and Ogden Avenue for improper lane usage and charged with driving without a license.
