Citations/Charges

Saturday, Jan. 21, 12:42 a.m.; Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Consumption of Alcohol by Minor: A 19-year-old La Grange man, a 20-year-old Countryside man and a 20-year-old La Grange were all issued local ordinance citations after being stopped by an officer on the 600 block of 54th St because their car was illegally parked. After an officer investigated the Countryside man's vehicle and found drug paraphernalia in the trunk, the man was cited for posession of drug paraphernalia. The 19-year-old man was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor. The other 20-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and cannabis.
