VILLAGE FLASH: Street Sweeping Begins Monday, April 7
A friendly reminder from the Village of Western Springs: street sweeping begins Monday and is expected to be completed by Wednesday.
Village wide street sweeping is set to begin today (Monday) and is expected to run through Wednesday.
It takes a approximately three days to complete the entire village. Private contract K. Hoving will be spiffing up Western Springs.
Street sweeping through the rest of the summer will be monthly, commencing on the first Monday of every month. If the first Monday falls on a national holiday, the street sweeping will occur on that Tuesday.

To expedite the sweeping, the village is asking residents to refrain from parking on street wherever possible while the sweeping is occurring to allow for the street sweeping crews to fully clean the streets
