Boys Golf: 2 LT Golfers Finish Among Top 20 at State
Dan Hudson and Jon Hudson were the only Lions to compete at the 3A state tournament Friday and Saturday in Bloomington.
Lyons Township junior golfers Dan Hudson and Jon Hudson finished in the Top 20 of last weekend's 3A state boys golf tournament with two-day scores of 148 and 153, respectively.
Dan Hudson's 75 on Friday and 73 on Saturday placed him in an eighth-place tie at the conclusion of the tournament, which was played at The Den at Fox Creek Golf Course in Bloomington. Jon Hudson's 76 and 77 were good for a 19th-place finish.
Glenbrook North senior Brian Ohr won the individual state title with a combined score of 141.
Hinsdale Central won the team title for the second year in a row.
