The Hilltoppers scored 44 straight points after Lyons Township running back Leonard Ross ran 80 yards for a touchdown on the game's first play, HighSchoolCube News reports. Ross would compile only five more yards the rest of the night.

Downers Grove lost to Oak Park River Forest in overtime last week, 16-10, according to HighSchooCube.
It was the second straight loss for the Trojans, who fell to Glenbard West the week before.
They entered the game ranked No. 18 by the Chicago Sun-Times, but were dropped from the list after the loss.
