Do you realize if you applied for 200 jobs that means 200 user names/passwords to keep track of.  Plus while the employer's computer is reviewing your app (That's right the computer is searching your resume/app for keywords - no human needed.) In the meantime all that data is online.  What happened to being able to walk into a business and meeting with a manager?  Now when you apply online for a Western Springs job the app is sent to a corporate office employee who may or may not care if your resume is even looked at.  After searching since Jan 2013 I am curious just how an educated, experienced person can't get hired for a part time job. Ok I am complaining about me but I also find it hard to believe I am the only person who has this complaint/problem.  Employment agencies are also data collectors who take you date to make their numbers look good for their management.  Newspapers are lazy and just use careerbuilder or monster or ??  The job search process needs to be overhauled.  Any suggestions?
