Another Western Springs DUI Crackdown Starts Friday

The crackdown, which will run through Jan. 5, is being held in conjunction with the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois State Police.

"The Western Springs Police would like to remind the public to designate a sober driver and to buckle up—that is always your best defense against an impaired driver," the release states.
