Give Blood After Church in Western Springs Sunday
A blood drive at Presbyterian Church of Western Springs Sunday is among the happenings around town this weekend.
The Presbyterian Church of Western Springs posted a call for blood donations on our Patch calendar. Here's a snippet:
The Presbyterian Church of Western Springs will hold its annual fall blood drive on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church’s Jones Room. To donate, you must be in generally good physical health and feeling well that day, at least 17 years old (16 years old with signed parental consent form) and weigh at least 110 pounds.
The event listing says you can make an appointment or simply walk in. Be sure to bring ID.
