A neat little meadow in the eastern part of the village, Ridge Acres is buffered from the bustle of 47th Street providing a real community feel. It includes a grassy softball field, a single tennis court with basketball hoops and a uniquely wacky playground, which resembles a Bohr atomic model. The athletic field is great for summer sports or winter fun in the snow play. There is also a brick shelter with a picnic area.
