"Growing in faith, sharing in God" is the motto of Western Springs' ELCA Lutheran church, founded in 1956 and serving as the spiritual home to a veteran, strong and close church family. Pastor Erin Clausen presides. Annual events include an Octoberfest and a unique pet blessing service. The church is also home to the Lithuanian Evangelical Lutheran Home Church, which holds a special service in Lithuanian every Sunday. The building is shared with Sunflower Montessori School. Newcomers are always welcome.
