Getting on staff at Lyons Township High School's awarding winning WLTL radio station and The Lion newspaper isn't easy. Students must excel in the prerequisite classes before applying, and then go through a rigorous interview process with departing senior staff. Lyons Township High School’s student newspaper The Lion is no stranger to awards. Once again, the newspaper has received a top honor—two staff members were recently awarded honorable mentions for stories the paper produced this year.
