Olvera, 25, of 6142 Knollwick Rd., Willowbrook, was stopped at the corner of 55th Street and Gilbert Avenue at 5:03 p.m. and charged with speeding over the posted limit and driving with a revoked license. SATURDAY, JULY 14 Two Western Springs 19-year-old men and a 15-year-old Western Springs girl were cited at 11:30 p.m. in connection with what police called an underage drinking party on the 5400 block of Fair Elms Avenue after receiving a complaint.
