Mark Your Calendars for Holy Yoga!

PCWS is hosting Holy Yoga Sundays at 4pm and Tuesdays at 9am. No registration necessary and all are welcome.

The Presbyterian Church of Western Springs started offering Holy Yoga in August and we've loved dipping into this practice.  Since we've had such a great response, Holy Yoga is now available Sunday afternoons and Tuesday mornings.  Mark your calendars for this wonderful experience.  Here are the details:

Holy Yoga

  • Led by Sue Bidstrup, R-HYI
  • Sundays at 4pm and Tuesdays at 9am
  • Each class lasts 1 hour
  • Cost:  $10 per class
  • No registration necessary---come to just the classes you want
  • Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.  If you don't own a mat, one will be provided for you.
  • Classes are at the Presbyterian Church of Western Springs, 5250 Wolf Rd.
  • Questions?  Call the church office at 708-246-5220.
Holy Yoga combines world class yoga with a Christ-honoring experience.  We do this by integrating God's word with the practice of yoga and contemporary music.  You'll get a great workout and a powerful time for reflection.  Have you met Sue Bidstrup?  She's a talented yoga instructor and a fun, dynamic person.  You'll enjoy the hour with her.

Hope to see you at Holy Yoga!
